Job summary

Water Tower Group in South Africa is seeking a Learner Hospitality to deliver outstanding remote customer support for our clients and their families. This full-time, work-from-home role focuses on ensuring a seamless experience with our Remote Care Space services.

You will respond to inquiries, schedule virtual care appointments, educate clients on our technology, and collaborate with the care team to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic towards clients and their families.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual care appointments.
• Collaborate with the virtual care team to address client needs.
• Educate clients on our virtual care technology and assist with technical issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
