• Experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming client inquiries via email, phone, and chat with prompt, accurate responses.
• Resolve client issues related to products or services and document actions in CRM.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to maximize satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Gather client feedback and share insights with product and operations teams.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
