As the voice of the company, you will educate customers on features, record interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes while thriving in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain focus in a remote setting.
