Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa, focused on opening doors and building pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking discovery calls.

This is a remote SA role with a focus on quality outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience, at least 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred, especially with quota responsibility.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
