Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As a B2B Sales Development Representative, you will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This fully remote role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar roles, with preference for B2B SaaS experience.

Qualifications

2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers with quota welcome.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
