Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Competenze

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
