Job summary

Cherry Assistant LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative (B2B) for a founder-led, multi-brand company in the commercial services and events industry. This part-time remote role is for a US-based client and focuses on building targeted lead lists, cold calling, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments across three brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales/SDR or inside sales with a proven record of booking meetings from cold outreach.
• Proficiency with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred) and disciplined pipeline management.
• Strong spoken and written English; able to communicate persuasively.
• Experience sourcing and validating lead lists independently; detail-oriented with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Research and build high-quality B2B prospect lists by city/vertical; identify decision-makers and gather contact data.
• Execute cold calling, email, and SMS outreach to generate interest and book qualified appointments across brands.
• Qualify prospects against ICP criteria and tailor pitches for each brand.
• Own the top-of-funnel pipeline in GoHighLevel: log activities, update deal stages, set tasks, and maintain data hygiene.
• Write and iterate outreach scripts, email templates, and cadences to increase conversions.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and hand-offs to the Founder; schedule site visits as needed.
