Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for the Account Executive team. This fully remote role is entry-level to mid-level, with extensive training and a clear path for career progression in a dynamic sales organization.

You will proactively identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and qualify leads while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with marketing on lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive from home.
• Experience in sales support or lead generation is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively research and identify potential clients using sales intelligence tools and databases.
• Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, phone calls, and social media outreach.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our e-commerce platforms to potential customers.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and understand their business requirements.
• Schedule and book introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
