Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activity across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles, B2B sales experience, and comfort with LinkedIn tools and Salesforce. This is a remote, full-time role supporting clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• B2B sales experience and quota carrying is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
