Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, while representing Blacksmith Agency with thoughtful outreach.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches. This is a remote, full-time role within South Africa.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred, quota-carrying candidates welcome.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
