Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is a full-time remote role in South Africa. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to achieve volume goals while keeping touchpoints

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR or BDR role, ideally in an agency or SaaS setting.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and creating personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
