Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Inside SDR, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar prey
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
