Hire Overseas is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving accounting firms and finance teams. You will make cold calls, send outbound emails, qualify inbound leads, and book meetings for the sales team, with a phone-first, high-activity approach.

The role is 100% remote, requires availability during US business hours, and offers USD compensation with bi-monthly payouts.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound prospecting and setting meetings.
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales workflows (HubSpot).
• Fluent English with professional written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for the sales team.
• Make cold calls and outbound emails to book meetings with accounting firms and finance leaders.
• Qualify inbound leads and respond quickly to inbound inquiries.
• Log all activity in HubSpot and maintain clean pipeline data.
• Meet daily/weekly call and meeting targets and report on metrics.
