Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in lead generation / appointment setting / business development.
• Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales.
• Strong telephone communication and follow‑up skills.
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads via phone, email, and other outreach methods.
• Introduce client services and identify potential opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers at nursing homes, hotels, and real estate properties.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the client.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and communicate with the client multiple times during the day.
