Insideoutva is seeking a Business Development Representative for a high-energy outbound sales role. You will focus on B2B prospecting, handling objections, nurturing leads, and booking qualified appointments for the executive sales team, without closing deals yourself.

The role requires 100+ outbound calls daily, strong CRM usage, and a competitive, proactive mindset. It is a remote, full-time position with a PST schedule and North America-focused services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling and appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong U.S. cultural awareness.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales dialer platforms.
• Able to move naturally off-script, think quickly, and handle objections confidently.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and appointment setting to drive the top of the funnel.
• CRM maintenance, research, and pipeline management to keep data current.
• Reporting and communication: produce weekly/monthly activity and pipeline updates.
