Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle motor vehicle insurance claims.
• Interpret policy coverage to determine liability.
• Communicate with policyholders, third parties, repair shops and legal representatives.
• Gather documentation (police reports, estimates, statements).
• Authorize payments within policy limits and record all activity.
