Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate incoming insurance claims, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.

• Communicate claim status, decisions, and required next steps clearly to policyholders via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities within the claims management system.
