Formación

• Previous experience in claims processing or administrative support within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including claims management software and standard office applications.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and speed.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for clear correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and verify insurance claim forms and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
