Job summary

Multiform Human Development Pty is seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to manage supplier invoices, ensure timely payments and maintain accurate AP records. The role is remote across South Africa, with some hybrid days in Klerksdorp, North West.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to uphold strong vendor relationships and accurate financial data. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and experience with Pastel, SAP or QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Pastel, SAP, QuickBooks or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all supplier/vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Verify invoice details, including prices, quantities, and terms.
• Prepare payment runs and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger and its accuracy.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures for AP.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
• Maintain organized filing systems for invoices and records.
• Support AP team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
