Responsabilités

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. DUTIES

• Receive, capture, and process all incoming accounts payable invoices accurately and on time
• Verify every invoice against actuals before processing to ensure accuracy
• Cross-reference invoices with operations to confirm goods/services received
• Reconcile supplier accounts against statements and payment records
• Proactively identify and prevent duplicate payments
• Liaise directly with suppliers to resolve billing queries and disputes in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain organised, up-to-date records to support month-end and reporting processes

Requirements

• Matric, plus finance qualification
• 2 - 3 years' proven experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Intermediate Excel skills, including experience managing spreadsheets
