Placements24 is seeking an Account Development Representative to join a fully remote sales development team. You will generate qualified leads, qualify opportunities, and set up initial meetings for senior sales reps while working from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-3 years in sales development, lead generation, or customer service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a persuasive tone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new leads.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within educational institutions and corporate training.
• Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of e-learning solutions to potential clients.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine lead generation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
