ISTA Personnel Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing U.S.-based ABA therapy company for an ABA Client Services Coordinator to join their team and provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across therapist services and family communications.

As an ABA Client Services Coordinator, you will assist with coordinating therapist availability, communicating with ABA Therapists and families, supporting therapist sourcing activities, and helping facilitate appropriate

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with therapists, families and internal teams.
• Strong written communication; ability to draft clear, professional messages.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and priorities.
• Familiarity with ClickUp and/or CentralReach is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy space or healthcare/education is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate therapist availability and scheduling for client sessions.
• Communicate scheduling updates and questions to families and therapists.
• Assist with sourcing RBT/ABA therapist candidates.
• Support pairing of therapists with clients based on availability and needs.
• Maintain accurate therapist and client information across systems.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts and follow up on outstanding responses.
• Draft empathetic, professional communications to families and staff.
• Provide general administrative support to the US-based team.
