Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Midrand, Gauteng. You will develop and nurture relationships with hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses to promote and sell innovative software and hardware solutions.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, delivering compelling demonstrations, and achieving ambitious targets. The role offers hybrid work based out of Midrand with uncapped earning potential and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality or tech sectors.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and technology landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within hospitality in Gauteng and surrounding regions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and conference centers.
• Understand client needs and tailor technology solutions to enhance operations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
