Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3-5 years in a multi-store or regional management capacity.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving significant sales growth and operational success in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail sales principles, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel frequently within the Mahikeng, North West region and occasionally beyond.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
