About the Role

Our client, a national retail leader, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Retail Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores in the Mossel Bay, Western Cape region and surrounding areas. This critical role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring profitability, and maintaining high standards of customer service across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail management principles, and a proven ability to manage P&L, optimize supply chains, and develop high-performing teams. You will be instrumental in implementing company strategies and ensuring consistent brand execution across all locations within your purview. This is a senior position requiring significant autonomy and strategic input.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned region.
