Qualifications

• 7+ years retail management experience, with 3+ years in multi-unit/regional role.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and driving profitability.
• Strong grasp of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing talent.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing a large geographic area and travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field.
