Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
• Proven experience supervising teams and driving operational performance.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising and customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly within the Polokwane region.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail management software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
