You will lead store teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing and merchandising to align operations with business objectives. A strong background in retail leadership and P&L insight is required to excel.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in retail management with strong operations leadership.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, merchandising and customer service best practices.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budgets and P&L analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Eligible to work in South Africa.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in retail management, with a significant portion in an operational leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire large teams in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L analysis.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential for candidates with extensive relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa .
