Job summary

Talent Shore is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer for the Life Sciences sector. This remote role targets the European market, primarily focusing on sourcing, headhunting and early screening of candidates from the Life Sciences field.

You will manage candidate engagement, initial screening calls and CV submissions, while aligning with client requirements and KPIs. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruitment experience, familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within an agency recruitment environment.
• A genuine interest in the Life Sciences industry.
• A degree in Biology, Chemistry or another relevant Science discipline.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and using Boolean search techniques. (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable conducting screening calls and speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn or another applicant tracking system would be advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing and people-oriented Candidate Sourcer / Recruiter to join our client's growing team.

This role will focus on identifying, headhunting and engaging high-quality candidates across the European Life Sciences market. You will manage the candidate side of the recruitment process, from initial sourcing and engagement through to screening and CV submission.
