This role is suited to a South African-based recruiter with experience sourcing across the UK market within pharma, biotech, and related sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience aligned with UK market expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent across the UK life sciences sector, including pharma, biotech and clinical research organisations.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability, motivations and alignment with client briefs.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to understand UK-specific client requirements and hiring trends.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across key verticals and skill sets.
• Keep informed of UK market trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory considerations.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and delivery output.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Bullhorn or equivalent ATS systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience recruiting for the UK market (remote from South Africa).
• Demonstrated success as a candidate-focused resourcer (delivery role only).
• Experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search methodologies.
