The Recruiter, a global recruitment agency, is hiring a senior recruiter to manage end-to-end processes across South Africa, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, Europe and North America. The role supports international clients and candidates in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

You will source, screen, interview, and place talent for permanent, contract, remote, hybrid and onsite roles, building pipelines and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment.
• Experience recruiting internationally across regions (UK, Europe, North America, South Africa, Asia-Pacific).
• Experience filling both virtual/remote and onsite positions.
• Experience recruiting across a variety of functions and industries (professional, technical, operational, leadership).
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.

Role Summary

• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery targets.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, paid bank holidays, up to 15 days paid annual leave.
