About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy based in George , is seeking a proactive Resourcer to join their team. This role is crucial for identifying and engaging with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for various client roles. You will work closely with Senior Consultants, leveraging your skills to pinpoint ideal candidates through diverse sourcing methods. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely on certain days, combined with essential in-office collaboration to ensure synergy within the team and maintain the company's high standards of service delivery and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively search for and identify suitable candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool of qualified professionals for current and future vacancies.
• Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Consultants to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the recruitment team, providing detailed insights.
• Ensure all candidate interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resourcing , recruitment, or talent acquisition role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of effective candidate sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
• Ability to work effectively in both a remote and office-based environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences.
