Placements24 is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their Paarl, Western Cape team in a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. You will manage client relationships, source exceptional candidates, and facilitate successful placements across diverse industries.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for client vacancies, source and screen candidates, conduct professional interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with timely feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Knowledge of the local Western Cape job market is advantageous.
