About the Role

Our client, a prominent real estate agency, is seeking a creative and strategic Real Estate Marketing Manager to join their team in **Paarl, Western Cape, ZA**. This hybrid role requires a blend of strategic planning from a remote setting and on-site execution/collaboration. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial properties, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. This includes managing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, print advertising, and event coordination. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the real estate market, digital marketing trends, and excellent communication skills. You will be instrumental in ensuring our client's properties stand out in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for property listings and the agency brand.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, such as property brochures, virtual tours, videos, and website content.
• Oversee the production of high-quality photography and videography for property listings.
• Manage the agency's website and social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and ROI.
• Coordinate open house events, property launch activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and effective marketing approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in the real estate industry.
