Placements24 seeks a proactive Industrial Engineer in Benoni to strengthen quality and efficiency in our production processes. You will analyse operational data, implement quality controls, and drive improvements that enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years in an industrial engineering role with exposure to quality management systems, Lean, SPC, and FMEA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3+ years in industrial engineering with quality focus.
Proficient in Lean concepts and quality tools (SPC, FMEA).
Experience with quality management software and statistics.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control systems for production.
Analyze production data to identify defects and root causes.
Implement CAPA to address quality issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs with production teams.
Conduct process audits for quality compliance.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering on new products for manufacturability and quality.
