Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement sustainable process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction across all operational areas.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, including value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and 5S implementation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to measure process performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment, ensuring smooth integration into existing processes.
