The role requires a mechanical/industrial engineering background with 3-5 years in manufacturing process engineering, plus experience in Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
• Develop, test, and implement new or improved manufacturing processes and equipment to enhance productivity and quality.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with the quality department to ensure processes meet required quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting process-related issues as they arise.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
