Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Paarl facility to drive operational excellence. You will analyze production systems, identify inefficiencies, and lead projects to implement best practices in manufacturing and workflow management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering with 3–5 years of experience, solid Lean experience, and strong data analysis skills. You will work closely with plant personnel to boost productivity, quality, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing/production.
• Proficient with Lean Manufacturing, process mapping, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop Lean strategies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and optimize facility layouts, equipment use, and material flow.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish optimal work methods.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes.
• Track KPIs related to efficiency and cost reduction.
