Placements24 seeks a proactive Industrial Engineer in Benoni to strengthen quality and efficiency in our production processes. You will analyse operational data, implement quality controls, and drive improvements that enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years in an industrial engineering role with exposure to quality management systems, Lean, SPC, and FMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, with significant exposure to quality management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA).
