The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 4+ years in manufacturing, and strong Lean, ERP, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and redesign manufacturing layouts and workflows for optimal space utilization.
• Develop and implement SOPs for all production processes.
• Lead projects focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, and cycle time reduction.
• Use data analytics and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Provide technical expertise and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
