Job summary

Ability Executive Recruitment is seeking a Property Development Manager in Centurion to oversee the full lifecycle of development projects (Stage 1-6) with a focus on delivering on time and within budget. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage contracts, and drive financial modelling to assess profitability.

You will lead development opportunities from inception to close-out, support senior managers, and ensure compliance with PROCSA stages and local regulations,

Qualifications

• Honours qualification in a property-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in the property development/project management environment with an emphasis on delivery.
• Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project lifecycle stages 3-6 (of 6) and manage construction phase delivery.
• Assist in preparing and presenting Investment Committee papers.
• Create and manage development opportunities from Inception to Close-out (Stages 1-6).
• Prepare and manage procurement contracts and oversee financial aspects of projects.
