Qualifications

About the Role

This senior role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing the full property development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to design, construction, marketing, and sales. Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in property development project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing diverse development projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use) from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, development regulations, and environmental impact assessments in Gauteng .
• Expertise in financial analysis, project budgeting, and investment appraisal.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and development modeling tools.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in the Centurion area.
