Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in one of the listed built environment disciplines.
• Minimum of 15 years of property development experience.
• Experience in commercial, mixed-use and residential property development with leading roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies of property development opportunities.
• Conceptualise and execute on opportunities identified.
• Ensure an understanding of the development model.
• Coordinate and appoint teams to successfully complete developments.
• Develop and monitor the budget for all aspects of development from initial planning stage through to site development and leasing.
• Manage and coordinate the site development and maintain schedules of projects.
• Overall management of leasing and tenant occupation.
• Coordinate interviewing and placement of potential tenants, together with the completion of all related documentation.
• Ensure developments are completed within budget.
• Emphasis on commercial projects of the highest quality of finishes and best location.

In this role, you will maintain oversite for the property development division of the growth with significant funds having been earmarked for property investment in Africa.

Requirements:
