Placements24 is seeking a senior Property Development Manager to lead full lifecycle development projects in Centurion, Gauteng. You will drive land acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, marketing and sales, coordinating with architects, engineers, and authorities.

The role demands 7–10 years of progressive experience, strong financial acumen and proven leadership to deliver on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 7-10 years of progressive property development project management experience.
• Proven track record managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and environmental assessments in Gauteng.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate and secure land around Centurion, Gauteng.
• Conduct feasibility studies including market analysis and financial modeling.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Oversee design and construction with architects, engineers and contractors.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee marketing and sales strategies to achieve absorption.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and authorities.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and sustainability standards.
• Provide progress reports on status, finances and milestones.
• Drive innovation and best practices within the team.
