Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Min 7-10 years’ experience in Residential Property Development, with at least 3 years in a senior project/development role.
• Demonstrated success delivering full lifecycle residential developments.
• Strong working knowledge of local development regulations, planning laws, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage professional teams, contractors, and multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or project management platforms)

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, planning, and executing residential development projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee all phases of the development lifecycle, including land acquisition, financial structuring, design coordination, construction management, and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards (end-to-end execution).
• Lead stakeholder engagement and reporting across projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver developments.
