Job summary

Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd in Midrand, Johannesburg, seeks a Property Development Manager to lead delivery of new developments and upgrades from Design Development through to Close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes. You will coordinate developers, professional teams, contractors and consultants, manage financial models and budgets, and report to the Development Executive and EXCO.

The role requires minimum 5 years’ property development experience, an Honours degree, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property development and/or project management.
• Experience delivering projects through design, procurement, construction and close-out stages.
• Strong financial modelling, budgets and cost management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development projects through Stages 3–6 of the lifecycle.
• Manage delivery per approved design, scope, budget, programme and quality.
• Coordinate developers, consultants and contractors for successful completion.
• Monitor progress, delays, risks and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with investment committee papers and approvals.
