Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering full lifecycle residential developments.
• Strong working knowledge of local development regulations, planning laws, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage professional teams, contractors, and multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or project management platforms)

Responsibilities
