Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of zoning laws, land use regulations, and permitting processes in Gauteng.
• Proficiency in project management software, financial modeling, and development pro forma analysis.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
• Experience in site acquisition, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
• A strong network within the development, construction, and municipal sectors in Centurion.
