Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment with a focus on procurement, supply chain or logistics.
• Mining/resources industry experience preferred.
• Ability to source for technical and managerial roles.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying and attracting skilled professionals in supply chain, logistics, and procurement management for key players in the local industry. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients in the mining and resources sectors to define their procurement and supply chain talent needs.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles such as Procurement Managers, Supply Chain Analysts, Buyers, and Logistics Coordinators.
• Conduct market analysis to understand salary benchmarks and talent availability within the region.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong specialization in procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles.
• Demonstrated experience or understanding of the mining and resources industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to source candidates for technical and managerial positions within these sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
