You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates in specialized roles. Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients in the industrial sector to thoroughly understand their recruitment needs and technical requirements. Source candidates for specialized roles using advanced search techniques, industry databases, and networking. Screen, interview, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient client service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial domain. Requirements
